FAQs

  • I understand life doesn't always go to plan. So I allow for one late cancellation without charge, you must cancel with 12 hours' notice.

All other cancellations or rescheduling require 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee of 50%.

  • It is important to me that all those who wish to access holistic healthcare have the opportunity to do so.

If you are experiencing financial difficulty please get in touch with me directly to explore concession pricing or other ways we can exchange skills so that you can still explore how natural medicines can enhance your health.

  • It's my goal to create a safe, open and welcoming space for all my clients - whether that is face to face or online.

Online consults are loved by some and loathed by others. They are hosted via a telehealth platform or zoom and allow for you to access holistic healthcare no matter where you are in your health journey or in the world.

Online consultations allow for flexibility. With our busy schedules and modern way of living, health is easily sidelined. Online consults allow you to dedicate time to your well-being, no matter where you are.

With this flexibility, I ask that you find a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable discussing your health concerns. Little ones tottering around are most welcome, but avoid the office lunchroom and please don't drive during our sessions together.

While being in a room with you provides a multidimensional way of relating and uncovering the signs your body has to share, in the online space, we can still provide holistic healthcare and connection without each other's physical presence.

  • Yes, functional and pathology testing can be ordered through your naturopathic consultations, though aren’t always necessary.

Where possible, I try to work collaboratively with your GP and other healthcare providers prior to outsourcing blood tests or other screenings.

  • Many people have heard stories, or experienced themselves, leaving a naturopath's office with a bag full of pills, liquids and powders. From stories I’ve heard from clients and my community, this can deter people from seeking out holistic healthcare.

If you’d prefer to focus wholly on your food, lifestyle and wellness without additional herbs or supplements, this is more than possible!

In many cases herbs, supplements or teas can be enormously helpful to rebalancing and revitalising your health, especially for chronic or acute conditions.

Any treatment approach and prescriptive advice evolves over time, as you do. Regardless of how you want to engage with the naturopathic approach, my goal is to support your health and well-being long-term in a personalised way that suits your desires and needs.
